APC Group, Inc. was originally formed in April 1, 2003 as
Alaskan Products Company Partnership, a general partnership
in Alaska. Initially, there were two general partners.
On October 20, 2003, the State of Alaska approved our Certificate
of Conversion allowing us to convert us to an Alaska limited
liability company, under the name Alaskan Products Company,
LLC.
On April 28, 2004 we became APC Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation,
through the adoption of a Plan of Conversion and the filing
of Articles of Incorporation with Nevada.
On August 7, 2008 our common stock was cleared for quotation
on the OTCBB under the symbol “APCU”.
